Introduction/Background Ovarian cancer is a one of the primary cause cancer-related death in women. The majority ovarian had metastasized at time diagnosis, since its signs and symptoms are generally silent. Cancer stem cells immune evasion thought to play significant role metastatic process. CD133, CD47, PD-L1 proteins important proliferation metastasis process, which involve system activation. purpose this study was characterize protein expression profiles High-Grade Serous Carcinoma (HGSC) ovary. Understanding their roles could gain possibility these markers be target therapy for treatment prevention. Methodology A total 51 tissue samples HGSC were stained with anti-CD133, anti-CD4, anti antiboies using an immunohistochemical protocol. Samples included 31 metastatic-HGSC 20 non-metastatif-HGSC. statistically comapred among groups. Results CD133 CD47 strongly expressed 52% 66.7% respectively samples. 65% metastases high level p-value 0.039. observed elevated 83% negatif expression, inverse association disease (p=0.023). Conclusion Our results demonstrated that increased dynamic fashion as lesion progressed lesion, implying may involved progression from lesion. These explored potential targets HGSC-specific
